Job Description:

As a Sales Executive for our US Campaign, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking platforms.
  • Conducting thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Initiating and maintaining strong relationships with prospects to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
  • Presenting our products/services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to management.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
