Sales Executive (US Time Zone)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls, engaging potential customers, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in call center or sales is preferred (not mandatory)
