Sales Executive – USA Truck Dispatch Services (On-Site | Lahore)
Flux Dispatch is seeking ambitious and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing USA Truck Dispatch division. This role is focused on outbound sales and client acquisition within the U.S. trucking industry and offers excellent earning potential through performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based trucking companies
- Present and promote truck dispatch services professionally
- Identify business opportunities and convert prospects into active clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales preferred
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach
- Ability to work full-time in an on-site office environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000
