BuildTech is a construction solutions company operating across the UAE, specializing in waterproofing systems, protective coatings, and building envelope solutions. We work with developers, main contractors, and consultants across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

The Role

We're looking for a field-focused Sales Executive who knows the UAE waterproofing and construction market inside out. You'll be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships across the UAE, reporting directly to our Business Development Manager. This is a ground-level sales role — you'll be expected to hit the ground running from day one.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and develop new business across main contractors, subcontractors, developers, and consultants

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client accounts

Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and project specifications

Follow up on leads, tenders, and RFQs through to close

Conduct site visits and client meetings across the UAE

Report pipeline activity, deal progress, and market intelligence weekly to the BD Manager

Represent BuildTech at industry events and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, or building materials in the UAE

Existing network of contacts across UAE contractors, developers, and consultants

Solid understanding of waterproofing systems — cementitious, membrane, injection, and related applications

Proven track record hitting sales targets

Strong communicator in English; Arabic is a plus

UAE driving license required

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own pipeline

What We Offer:

Base salary: Depends on experience

Commission structure on closed deals
