Job Description Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at SkyClick Media, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, presenting service offerings to clients, and closing deals. You must have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of website and digital marketing services, and a strong passion for sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and present the right digital solutions (Website Design, SEO, SMM, Branding, etc.).
• Conduct sales presentations, product walkthroughs, and service explanations to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM tools, track sales progress, and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure client requirements are delivered successfully.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Website Design, IT Services, or Digital Marketing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand basic web and digital marketing terminology.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of email writing, lead management & CRM tools.
