Sales Executive – Whole Spices (Field Sales)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to sell whole spices in the local market. The candidate should have strong connections with kirana stores and retail shops and be capable of generating regular orders through market visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit kirana stores and retail shops across assigned locations
• Generate new orders and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Cover fixed locations from Monday to Saturday (6 days) as per the company system
• Visit each assigned location weekly to increase sales
• Promote products using provided samples and price lists
• Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹5,00,000
• Submit regular sales updates and market feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in FMCG / grocery / spice sales
• Strong market knowledge and shop-level connections
• Ability to travel locally across districts
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and a smartphone
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• TA/DA Included: Total monthly earning approx. ₹15,000 – ₹16,000
• Product samples and wholesale & retail price lists will be provided

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in selling grocery, spices, or FMCG products
• Familiar with Katni and surrounding districts
• Ready for field work and regular market visits

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
