Sales executive with CRM & Social Media Assistant knowledge

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Social Media Assistant to support our client communication, lead management, and social media operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing customer interactions, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with prospects, and assisting with social media content publishing and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Lead Management

Maintain and update CRM records accurately.

Track leads, enquiries, and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Generate and maintain lead status reports.

Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.

Assist in creating captions and social media content.

Monitor page performance and engagement metrics.

Coordinate with designers and marketing teams for content requirements.

Maintain social media content calendars.

Administrative Support

Prepare basic reports and presentations.

Manage client databases and documentation.

Support digital marketing and campaign activities.

Coordinate internal and client communications.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in CRM, customer service, telesales, or social media management.

Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.

Understanding of AI tools and digital marketing workflows is an advantage.
