Sales Executive (with Genuine Auto Parts Experience ONLY)

Naoki Group is currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive for Naoki Automotive Systems LLC with a background in handling Genuine Spare Parts, particularly in Japanese and Korean automotive products, and familiarity with catalog management (EPC). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities. Prior experience in the UAE market is preferred. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Utilize your expertise in Japanese and Korean automotive spare parts to assist customers
• Efficiently manage and navigate the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to locate and identify parts accurately and promptly.
• Dealing with retail and wholesale sales.
• Arranging shipments, checking for discrepancies, and organizing parts to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns related to parts and services in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to better serve customers and contribute to sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven UAE Experience in the same field and position (3 to 5 years experience)
• Proven experience in counter sales, particularly in handling Genuine Automotive Spare Parts, with a focus on Japanese and Korean cars.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with catalog management systems (EPC) and an understanding of automotive parts.
• Previous experience in the UAE market is highly desirable.
