The Company

G.I.T. LLC has been a premier technical subcontractor in the UAE since 1982. We operate across 5 specialized divisions, providing turnkey solutions for high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects:

  • Pool & Landscaping: Design, construction, and maintenance of luxury pools, spas, and landscaping.
  • Industrial Flooring & Coating Systems: PU and epoxy systems for car parks and factories.
  • Concrete Division: Concrete repairs, shotcrete (guniting), and artificial rocks.
  • Sports Flooring & Equipment: Turnkey sports facilities and running tracks.
  • RWI (Roofing, Waterproofing and Insulation): Advanced spray systems and membranes.

The Mission

We are seeking a Relationship-Driven Commercial Hunter to secure and manage high-stakes, full-cycle projects. This is not a "fire and forget" sales role; we want a proactive closer who takes total responsibility for the deal from the first handshake to the final handover. You will act as the bridge between the client and G.I.T. LLC, building deep industry roots while ensuring every awarded project runs smoothly from A to Z. You will oversee the commercial health of the project across our entire scope of work, maintaining excellent rapport with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The Compensation Reality

We operate on a Performance-First model. We do not offer standard commissions; instead, we invest in our team’s long-term growth through a Discretionary Salary Ladder & Performance Rewards:

  • The Salary Ladder: We consider permanent base salary increments or performance bonuses for individuals who secure and oversee high-value, profitable projects (e.g., AED 2.5M+).
  • The Criteria: Reviews are based on contract value, project margins, payment terms, and overall commercial benefit to the company.
  • The Standard: We do not reward "effort" or small-scale maintenance deals (e.g., AED 57k). We reward results that are highly profitable and secure.

  • Mobility: Company-provided rental vehicle and fuel for all business-related travel (Fuel is for work use only).
  • Logistics: Reimbursement for work-related fuel, parking and SIM card allowance.
  • Note on Salik: Salik (toll) charges are the responsibility of the driver (exceptions discussed on a case-by-case basis).

Working Standards & Discipline

We operate with technical precision. Success here requires high self-discipline:

  • Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday).
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility to stay longer, up to 7:00 PM when required for urgent matters).
  • The Punctuality Standard: We do not tolerate lateness. Arrival at 8:01 AM is noted. We maintain a strict policy of warnings and suspensions for repeated late arrivals. We are here to be on time or a bit early to get things done correctly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Swimming Pool & Landscaping Sales.
  • Hustle & Ethics: A relentless hunter who upholds our 43-year reputation.
  • Commercial Intelligence: You understand that a "win" is only a win if the company makes a healthy profit and payment terms are secure.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to talk professionally about our core services. (Business, Engineering, or related degree preferred but not mandatory).
  • UAE Market Expertise: Confident navigating clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and private villa owners.
  • UAE Driving License: Mandatory.
