We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Holiday Packages Sales Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound holiday package inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and offering customized domestic and international holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats regarding domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Understand clients’ travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday itineraries and quotations.
  • Create and customize holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
  • Provide detailed information on destinations, travel guidelines, visa information, and package inclusions/exclusions.
  • Follow up with clients to close leads and ensure maximum conversions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and destination management companies (DMCs) for costing and availability.
  • Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Keep updated with travel trends, new destinations, and package deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; freshers or experienced candidates in travel sales can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; experience with travel portals (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
