We are hiring a results-driven B2B Sales Executive specializing in tire sales to grow our business across Qatar. This is a field sales role focused on building and closing corporate accounts for PCR, TBR, and OTR tires. A strong existing network with large corporates and fleet/industrial buyers in Qatar is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales growth for PCR, TBR, and OTR tire categories
  • Leverage an existing network to acquire and manage large corporate accounts (fleets, logistics, construction, industrial, transport, government-related entities, etc.)
  • Develop and execute a sales pipeline: lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct client visits, understand customer requirements, and recommend the right tire solutions
  • Coordinate with operations/supply team on availability, delivery timelines, and customer service
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track customer activity, opportunities, and forecasting in a structured way
  • Support collections follow-ups when needed, ensuring healthy account management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tire sales in Qatar (B2B)
  • Strong network with large corporates in Qatar and ability to open doors quickly
  • Solid understanding of PCR, TBR, and OTR customer needs and buying cycles
  • Valid Qatar driving license
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly result-driven with a track record of meeting targets

Preferred

  • Technical background or strong product knowledge (tire specifications, load index, tread patterns, applications, OTR fitments)
  • Experience selling to fleets, construction, logistics, mining/quarry, or heavy equipment sectors
