Job description

This role requires a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to prospective and existing clients while driving sales growth for Custom Packaging. This involves engaging with customers through various channels (chat, email, and phone), providing product information, addressing inquiries, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through live chat, email, and phone calls to provide prompt and accurate product information. Address customer inquiries effectively and professionally, resolving issues and concerns promptly. Build rapport with customers and understand their unique packaging needs.
  • Sales & Business Development: Actively pursue sales opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads. Present product options, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of custom packaging solutions. Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals. Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Track sales performance and prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, customer satisfaction). Provide valuable insights to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential for new product offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent customer service. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing concerns promptly and exceeding expectations. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, new packaging technologies, and competitor offerings. Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to continuously improve communication and sales skills. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent typing skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Night Shift: 8:00 pm - 5:00 am
Location: Johar Town H2 Block

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
