Job Description

Sense Sharemarket is hiring Sales Executives for a target-based sales role. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into sales. This role is best suited for individuals who are result-oriented, confident in communication, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with the team for campaign and sales support

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Basic knowledge of sales processes

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary + Target-Based Incentives
