  • Sales & Sourcing:
  • Source customers through dealers, DSA, and direct channels for used car and CV loans.
  • Generate leads and follow up for loan conversion.
  • Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Dealer & Channel Management:
  • Loan Processing.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policy and KYC guidelines.
  • Maintain MIS, daily reporting, and performance dashboards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of Used Tractor finance business.
  • Strong local market knowledge and dealer network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of credit policies and documentation.
  • Familiarity with financial products, pricing, and interest rate structures.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with NBFCs, Banks, or FinTechs dealing in used Tractor loan.
  • Proven sales track record in Auto or CV financing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
