COMPENSATION (OTE) - $80-$100K+

SALES EXPERTS ONLY - FULL TIME POSITION

You have experience in luxury sales positions (such as jewelry, handbags, high-end shoes), fine art sales, acting, and other business-to-consumer positions like kitchen designer, furniture sales, real estate, blinds consultants, retail sales associates, estheticians… if so, you would do very well as an Art Director for Art Photo Boutique.

About Us

Art Photo Boutique (located in Longwood) is an Empowerment company. Our mission is to change the lives of 1,000 women every year through our work in fine art boudoir photography. We are seeking a SUPERSTAR to join our Sales Team to help fulfill our vision of having our work be a tool of confidence and self-esteem for our clients. Our work changes people’s lives for the better and we’re growing so fast because of it.

We’ve got the best job in town and we’re looking for a very special person to join us.

In joining our team, you will help women select their portraits for our artist to finish. We are serving 20-30 women each week and helping them on their path of self-discovery, and self-love. This entails listening to their needs, explaining how we work, and providing them with options on their buying journey.

Schedule:

- 30-35 hours per week

- Tuesday-Saturday

- Off on Sundays & Mondays

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in a sales environment and negotiating

- Proven track record in achieving sales results, meeting and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment

- Business to Consumer experience a must - B2C

- Must have a strong mental headspace.

- Loves to be held accountable and puts constructive feedback into place

- The ability to provide 5-STAR Customer Service 100% of the time

- Well organized, well presented, a great communicator, and listener

- Must love people from all walks of life

- Must be reliable, you would never let your team down

You Must Be Able To:

- Create instant rapport and build a relationship with clients face-to-face

- Confidently present images via technology and showcase the range of portraits and collections available

- Catering to the customer’s needs while meeting and achieving studio targets

- You will help clients understand the investment they are making in themselves, and ease the anxiety around stepping out of their comfort zone

Compensation Details:

COMPENSATION (OTE) - $80-100K+ (Base + Commission)
