Sales Export Coordinator & CS Planner (Saudis only)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

A. Enters all daily orders for export and local customers and coordinates the container load planning and/or loose cargo to ensure efficient use of volume capacity for cost-effective loads. Coordinates with finance department to ensure credit line is available for expediting shipments.

B. Ensures shipments are made in a timely manner and properly invoiced. Follows up on shipments with customers via telephone/email to notify customers of shipments, shipping information, and contents of shipments.

C. Resolves any shipment issues related to tracing, shipment errors, freight costs etc.

D. Coordinate with shipping agencies for the container shipments of whole goods as deemed appropriate by Sales Manager.

E. Prepares proforma invoices for customers requiring.

F. Ensures that all proper export documentation is prepared to facilitate the export of all goods and submits same to appropriate transportation providers.

G. Manages vendor source drop shipments from vendors/manufacturers to foreign distributor customer's freight forwarders.

H. Maintains a high level of knowledge of international trade regulations to ensure consistent compliance with laws.

I. Communicates regularly with manager to request systematic solutions and enhancements that streamline the order entry and distribution process for the international distributor.

J. Consistently works as a team to support those team members in times of need when workload is high and quality communication is difficult. Helps as needed to balance workload.

K. Coordinate with production department for planning the priority of orders.

L. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
