We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Export Operations Officer to join Live Freight’s logistics and freight forwarding team. This role focuses on managing export operations, supporting sales activities, and delivering a high level of customer service within the international shipping industry. The position involves close coordination with clients, agents, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution, accurate documentation, and full regulatory compliance, contributing to timely deliveries and sustainable business growth.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business
1–3 years of experience in export operations or freight forwarding
Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms
Good sales support and client communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple shipments under pressure
Good command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

Experience working with freight forwarding companies
Experience using Odoo ERP or similar systems
Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in international client handling

Responsibilities

Prepare and send freight quotations for export shipments
Follow up with clients on quotations, inquiries, and sales leads
Coordinate export bookings with shipping lines, airlines, trucking providers, and overseas agents
Monitor export shipment schedules and update clients on cargo status
Prepare, review, and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, etc.)
Handle operational issues and resolve export discrepancies
Update CRM and pricing systems with shipment and customer data
Support sales growth by targeting export customers through LinkedIn and other channels

Customer Relationship & Sales Support

Maintain strong relationships with export clients and partners
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and follow-ups
Support sales activities to ensure long-term customer retention
Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the export process
