Sales & Finance Assistant (Entry-Level)

San Antonio, TX | $18–$20/hr + Performance Bonus

Diamond Motors is looking for a motivated, coachable, and detail-oriented team member to work directly under our Sales & Finance Manager.

This is NOT a traditional car sales role.

This is an assistant-style position designed to support our top producer and help increase efficiency, appointments, and overall deal flow.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work directly alongside our Sales & Finance Manager and assist with:

• Calling internet leads and setting appointments
• Following up with customers via text, call, and social media
• Helping customers complete credit applications
• Gathering required documents (pay stubs, proof of residence, ID, etc.)
• Assisting with test drives
• Greeting customers when manager is busy
• Posting inventory on Facebook Marketplace and online platforms
• Taking vehicle delivery photos & short testimonial videos
• Light content creation for social media
• General dealership support as needed

You are the “warm-up” and support system that helps deals move forward smoothly.

Compensation

• $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
