We're hiring a Sales Floor Manager to run our Orlando call center full-time. Not a desk seat. You're the floor general, walking the room, jumping on the phone when a rep is stuck, taking over a call to demonstrate the close, running the morning huddle, running the end-of-day debrief, running the spiff board, running the system that turns a flat $200K-month operation into a floor that compounds.
ABOUT US
Alpha Timeshare Consultants is a consumer advocacy firm. We help people get out of timeshare contracts they were manipulated into buying. Every prospect we talk to has been lied to before, by the developer who sold them the timeshare, by the resell-scam shops that took their money and disappeared, by years of maintenance-fee letters that won't stop. They pick up the phone with their guard at maximum. Trust is the whole sale. Pressure tactics don't work here.
THE FLOOR
Two tiers, one dialer. Fronters work the dialer, outbound on our list, plus a smaller warm-inbound channel that flows through the same dialer. They open the call, lower the guard, qualify, and either live-transfer to a Closer or schedule the Closer's intro. Closers take the warm-but-skeptical handoff and either close on the intro or hand-walk through call two or three. One-call closes happen. The multi-call hand-walk is more common.
The team is young, hungry, and competitive, early 20s to late 30s. They get paid on numbers. They're already producing and they already know what good sounds like. We have scripts that work, Fronter open, Closer handoff, objection handlers. What this floor needs isn't a new playbook. It needs someone who refines what's already working, teaches every rep to deliver it as well as our top performer does, and builds the system around it that doesn't currently exist.
We're at $200K–$220K/month funded and we've been flat for a quarter. The lift is hiding in coaching depth and system discipline, not in a script overhaul. That's what this seat is hired to unlock.
THE ROLE
You're the active floor general:
- Walk the floor full-time. Take TOs. Jump on the dialer when a Fronter is stuck. Sit next to a Closer on a live objection and demonstrate how to handle it. Demonstrate, then debrief, then codify.
- Refine the script. Watch the calls, listen to the recordings, find what the top closer does that the rest don't, and turn it into training the whole floor can run.
- Build the operating system Brandon doesn't have time to run: daily KPIs, weekly quotas, morning huddles, motivational meetings, contests, spiffs, recognition cadence. The team is hungry, give them a system that channels it.
- Track who's making money and who's losing money, who's improving and who's slipping, and act on it before it shows up in the monthly number.
- Coach the psychology, pain creation, pain identification, tonality, trust-building. Jeremy Miner's NEPQ is a strong-preferred framework; if you have it, you have an edge.
- Hire, ramp, and fire. Fronters and Closers are different hires with different bars.
- Own the handoff between Fronter and Closer. where most dialer floors leak the most money.
- Lead the rollout from phone to video meetings next quarter, new training, new bar.
THE PERSON
This seat takes two skill sets in one human, and that's why it pays what it pays.
The first is closer presence. You're the person whose energy lifts the room when you walk in. You can sit next to a 22-year-old Fronter who's about to quit, take the dialer, save the call, and have the rep believing in themselves by the end of the hour. You can also sit across from a cocky Closer who thinks he runs the floor and put him back in his lane without breaking the relationship. You make killers because you've been one, and you'll demonstrate it on the phone every week, not in a slide deck.
The second is systems-builder discipline. After the save, you go back and codify what you did into a training module, drop it into the rotation, build the QA loop to measure if the rest of the floor is doing it too, and revise the script when the data says you should. You leave a paper trail of how things got better.
You bring wisdom AND energy. You're old enough that a young Closer respects you, young enough in spirit that a 24-year-old Fronter wants to be on your floor. You don't manage from a desk, from Slack, or from your laptop. You manage from the floor.
ME, THE OWNER
I'm one of the top closers in this space and I'm on the floor when it matters. But my model is to let the team eat, they need a full-time floor general taking TOs and demonstrating every day, not a founder doing it for them. That presence is you. You'll see me close occasionally to set the bar. The day-to-day belongs to you.
