We’re Hiring a Sales Closer Who Can Sell App Development Services

We run an app development agency and are looking for a sales rep who knows how to close deals and hit targets — not someone who just sends messages.

Your Target

• Monthly Sales Target: $10,000
• Sell custom mobile apps, web apps, and software development services
• Close deals from inbound leads

Compensation

• 150000 pkr Salary
• 5% Commission on Every Deal You Close
• Performance bonuses available for exceeding targets
• Unlimited earning potential — the more you close, the more you earn

Example:
If you close $10,000 in sales, you earn:

• 150000 PKR
• $500 commission (5%)

Close more — earn more. No ceiling.

What You’ll Do

• Talk to potential clients (DMs, calls, or messages)
• Understand client needs and explain our app development services
• Follow up with leads until they close
• Maintain strong communication with prospects
• Hit monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Experience in sales, closing, or lead conversion
• Good English communication skills
• Confidence speaking with business owners
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience selling tech, SaaS, or app development services is a big plus

Bonus If You Have

• Experience selling app development, websites, or SaaS
• Experience using CRM tools
• Experience handling international clients (US/UK)
