Sales Formwork Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in the Formwork and Scaffolding industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, strong sales skills, and an established network within the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and construction companies across the UAE.
• Promote and sell formwork and scaffolding solutions to new and existing clients.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to propose suitable formwork solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and estimations.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients when required.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in the Formwork and Scaffolding industry.
• Strong understanding of formwork systems and solutions from different manufacturers.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience in formwork estimation and quantity calculations.
• Existing client network within the UAE construction market is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic and English speaking skills are an advantage.

Salary Package

AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month + Commission

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
