Job Description:
We are expanding our on-site Frontier campaign and are looking for motivated Sales Growth Associates. In this role, you will engage potential customers through outbound calls, introduce Frontier services, and convert opportunities into successful sales. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy performance-based work and are comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls
• Explain Frontier services in a clear and engaging manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans
• Close sales and meet assigned targets
• Maintain accurate call and sales records
• Follow campaign guidelines and quality standards
• Contribute to team sales goals

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or higher
• Confident communication and listening skills
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• On-site availability
