Salary: 350 OMR + performance-based bonuses

We’re passionate about making healthy eating more accessible — and we’re looking for an energetic, driven sales professional to help us grow.

The Role

We’re seeking a Sales & Growth Executive to drive revenue, expand our customer base, and strengthen our brand presence in the community. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, business development, outreach, and customer relationship management, with a focus on converting leads into loyal customers.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outreach to gyms, corporates, nurseries, and other community partners
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Represent Nourish Kitchen at events, exhibitions, and activations
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions to drive awareness
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track performance, and report on sales activity
• Assist with daily operations, administration, and occasional food service support when required
• Contribute ideas for new sales strategies, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales or business development experience (F&B, health, fitness, or lifestyle industries preferred)
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills — both face-to-face and online
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced team environment
• Strong computer skills, including CRM use, Excel, and basic social media marketing
• Passion for health, fitness, and nutrition (training will be provided)
