Role Description

CrazyArt Studios is looking for a highly driven Sales & Growth Specialist to join the team in Dubai.

This is a full-time, commission-based role focused on business development, client acquisition, partnerships, and company growth within the media and creative industry.

The ideal candidate understands the media/content industry, knows how to communicate value professionally, is confident in sales and relationship-building, and is proactive in finding and closing clients through different methods.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, founders, creators, brands, and businesses
  • Finding new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, calls, partnerships, events, and other sales methods
  • Booking meetings and attending client meetings professionally
  • Presenting and positioning CrazyArt Studios’ services effectively
  • Following up with leads and converting conversations into closed deals
  • Building strong long-term client relationships
  • Managing and tracking leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
  • Working closely with the creative team to align on offers, opportunities, and business growth strategies

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, business-minded, outgoing, and interested in growing within a fast-moving creative environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Based in Dubai
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in sales, meetings, negotiations, and client handling
  • Strong understanding of the media, content, marketing, or creative industry
  • Ability to find and acquire clients through different outreach and sales methods
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
  • Previous experience in sales, media, marketing, or business development is preferred

Compensation:

This is a full-time commission-only role with no base salary.

  • Earn 20% commission on every closed deal
  • High earning potential with commission structure
