We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in education technology sales, building high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the sales funnel
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of sales experience — preferably in EdTech
  • Prior experience in managing sales teams and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of education technology market, sales cycles, and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
