Job Description: Sales Head (Interior Construction Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and follow up with hospitals, hospitality, residential, commerical clients identified and reported by Sales Executives, and convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
- Understand client requirements in detail—planning, layout changes, interior modifications, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling works, and turnkey solutions.
- Prepare or coordinate quotations, BOQs, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct detailed site visits and technical assessments with the project/engineering team.
- Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and facility managers to secure long-term business.
- Train, guide, and monitor Sales Executives to ensure effective lead generation from hospitals and other institutions.
- Review the team’s daily/weekly lead reports and develop strategies to improve conversions.
- Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure smooth documentation and project handover.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the interior construction sector.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of interior construction processes (civil + interior fit-out)
- Leadership and team management capability
- Ability to explain technical details to clients in a simple manner
- Strong client relationship-building skills
- Strategic planning and sales pipeline management
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in interior construction, civil, fit-out, or related B2B sales
- Experience handling institutional clients or hospital projects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
