1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Independently generate new business through direct client meetings, site visits, referrals, and networking.
- Convert lead clients into confirmed projects for Waterproofing and PU Foam-related works.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of high-value projects, targeting a minimum of 3 major clients per month with quotations exceeding 10,000 in revenue.
- Identify long-term contract opportunities and retain clients for repeat business.
2. Client Communication & Site Support
- Improve client communication efficiency, especially at low-performing or delayed sites.
- Act as a key point of contact for major clients to resolve concerns and maintain trust.
- Ensure professional follow-ups, clear scope communication, and timely updates to clients.
3. Sales Team & Cross-Functional Management
- Lead, guide, and monitor the existing Sales Executive to improve conversion ratios and monthly performance.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Head to align sales commitments with execution capabilities.
- Support the sales team during negotiations, pricing discussions, and project closures.
4. Sales Reporting & Performance Improvement
- Prepare and share regular sales reports using inputs from the existing sales force.
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps, low-performing areas, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement corrective strategies to improve overall sales efficiency and revenue growth.
4. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Ensure daily distribution of company pamphlets at sites, offices, and targeted locations.
- Oversee and contribute to weekly promotional video creation and sharing to enhance brand visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team (or internal resources) to improve market presence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Minimum 5 high-value clients per month (BD / 10,000+ revenue quotes).
- Monthly revenue growth and lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Performance improvement of Sales Executives.
- Client retention and repeat business rate.
- Timely and accurate sales reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 3+ Years in sales leadership in Waterproofing & PU Foam-related domain.
- Strong ability to close deals independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling issue resolution skills.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, video promotions, and on-ground advertising.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
