Business Head – Commercial Real Estate Location: Pune

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Head – Commercial to lead and drive our commercial real estate business for the ROM (Rest of Maharashtra) region. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge, a strategic growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial drive to build and scale a high-performing business vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage commercial real estate sales across ROM (Rest of Maharashtra)

Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share

Build, nurture, and lead high-performing sales and advisory teams

Create and strengthen developer, IPC, and corporate relationships

Drive innovation, structure, and execution in all commercial transactions

Manage P&L, business targets, and operational excellence

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 12–15 years of overall experience in real estate / related sectors

At least 3 years of proven success in commercial real estate sales

Strong understanding of Pune and Maharashtra commercial property markets

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Ability to build business from the ground up and scale rapidly
