Key Responsibilities

  • Lead international sales operations and business development for woven and block bottom bag products across target regions: North Africa and the Middle East.

  • Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies to drive sustainable revenue expansion.

  • Identify and build strong relationships with key distributors, cement producers, and packaging clients.

  • Manage and mentor a team of regional sales managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Oversee pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization with strategic partners and customers.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to advise on strategic adjustments.

  • Partner with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry forums globally.


Candidate Profile

Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.



  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the PP woven sacks, block bottom bag, or related industrial packaging sector.

  • Proven record of managing international markets, specifically in Africa and the Middle East.

  • Strong network within the building materials or cement packaging segment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned geographies.


Additional Details

The position reports directly to the Managing Director.



  • The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development responsibility.

  • Candidates with prior exposure to export-driven sales organizations or similar product segments will be prioritized.
