We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and expand our international and local B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing new markets, building and managing strong relationships with both overseas and domestic clients, identifying high-value B2B opportunities, and strengthening the company’s brand presence across local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities International Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets for expansion (Middle East, Europe, USA, Africa, etc.).
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and build strategic plans to achieve them.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Source, onboard, and manage international clients and distribution partners.
  • Drive lead generation and convert opportunities into long-term business contracts.
  • Attend global trade shows, industry events, and client meetings (virtual or in-person).

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with international buyers, brand managers, and procurement teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients while ensuring profitability.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the international sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, production, design, and supply chain teams to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide insights that inform product development and market positioning.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and KPI analyses for senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and pipeline status.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 10+ years of international sales experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry or related B2B sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals in overseas markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-management capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
