Job Title - Sales Head - Procurement Software

Role Overview -
Seeking an experienced Sales Head to drive revenue growth across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait markets within the procurement and supply chain sector.
The ideal candidate will combine deep understanding of GCC procurement dynamics, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation challenges with a proven track record of selling enterprise technology solutions to CPOs, Heads of Procurement, CFOs, and IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution-
Market Development & Regulatory Understanding-
Client Relationship Management-
Cross-functional Collaboration-
Work closely with product teams to communicate market feedback and feature requirements
Partner with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns and thought leadership content
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project implementations
Provide regular forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience & Background Required- -
Proven track record of selling technology solutions (SaaS, enterprise software, or digital platforms) to large enterprises
Deep understanding of procurement processes, challenges, and digital transformation trends
Regional Expertise-
Extensive network and relationships within GCC procurement community
Strong understanding of regional business culture, decision-making processes, and regulatory environment
Experience working with government entities, semi-government organizations, and large private sector companies in GCC
Fluency in Arabic preferred but not mandatory
Skills & Competencies Required-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executives
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently across different time zones
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively (40-50%) across GCC region
Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary work visas for GCC countries
