About the Role

Insurance Lo is a fast-growing digital insurance platform offering Micro Personal Accident Insurance. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Head / Unit Head to lead and scale our digital sales operations across Punjab and Sindh.

This is a senior leadership role suited for a highly committed professional with strong sales execution capability, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for digital micro insurance products
• Build, lead, and manage sales teams and distribution channels
• Drive revenue growth through agents, partnerships, and digital platforms
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts
• Maintain close coordination with senior management
• Identify new markets, channels, and growth opportunities
• Ensure effective customer acquisition and retention

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience
• Insurance sales experience is a strong advantage
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Strong sense of commitment, ownership, and accountability
