Job Purpose

To acquire and sign property owners in Dubai and onboard their units as Holiday Homes under IVY Luxury Holiday Homes management, while achieving clearly defined targets during the probation period through a highly attractive commission-based structure per signed unit.

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities

  • Actively source and directly approach property owners in Dubai (Owners Only – not tenants).
  • Sign Holiday Home management agreements and consistently onboard new units to the company portfolio.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with property owners to clearly explain:
  • IVY Luxury Holiday Homes services
  • Management and operational process
  • Expected return on investment (ROI)
  • The difference between long-term leasing and holiday home rentals
  • Professionally follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term partners.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new units signed on a monthly basis.
  • Quality of acquired units (location, unit type, and holiday home suitability).
  • Consistency in follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Achievement of assigned targets during the probation period.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Strong network or demonstrated ability to directly access property owners.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is required.
  • Previous experience in Holiday Homes or Short-Term Rentals is a strong advantage.

Compensation

  • Commission-based structure with excellent commission per signed unit.
  • Commission details to be discussed during the interview based on experience and performance.
  • Unlimited earning potential – the more units you sign, the higher your income.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
