Sales Immigration Consultant – Job Description
Position Overview:
A Sales Immigration Consultant is responsible for promoting immigration programs, generating new leads, and converting prospects into clients. The role involves providing accurate information about visa and immigration services, understanding client requirements, and offering suitable program recommendations. This is a fixed salary plus commission position, offering strong earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through calls, messages, meetings, and referrals.
- Explain various immigration programs (work permits, residency, study, and business immigration) clearly and professionally.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend the most suitable pathways.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of immigration programs, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client details, progress, and status.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth handover of converted client files.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, recruitment, real estate, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-based environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of immigration processes is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Compensation:
- Fixed salary plus commission (competitive structure based on performance).
