POSITION: SALES IN CHARGE (TRAVEL & TOUR)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
- Generate new business through corporate accounts, walk-in clients, and online inquires.
- Promote travel packages (domestic & International), visa services, hotel bookings, and tour programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle high-value clients and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Conduct sales training and performance evaluation for team members.
