Job Description:
Atlantis Tech is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Inbound Sales / Customer Support Representatives (CSR) for a US Telecom campaign. Candidates with good English communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• 6 Months to 2 Years of relevant experience preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills may also apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers
• Assist customers with internet and cable service activations
• Explain service packages, pricing, and promotions
• Resolve customer queries related to services
• Upsell or upgrade plans where applicable
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Target-driven mindset
