A Sales Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing merchandise displays and collaborating with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales .Key Responsibilities

  • Design Displays: Create and implement attractive merchandise displays that entice customers and promote products effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other merchandisers and sales teams to select products for displays based on promotional strategies and customer behavior.
  • Market Research: Analyze customer preferences and market trends to inform design choices and improve display effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of display projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, using this feedback to refine display strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in interior design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in retail or visual merchandising is typically required.
  • Skills: Strong creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,900.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
