Jari is Spark Studio’s new skill-building program designed for graduates and young professionals to upskill in sales and secure placements in top startups and companies.

Role: Business Development Intern
We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong relationships, and helping expand the reach of the Jari program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective learners and explain program offerings.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls/messages to drive enrollments.
  • Counsel students and professionals about career opportunities through Jari.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with leads and conversion data.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We Offer:

  • Salary/Stipend: Up to ₹20,000 fixed per month.
  • Performance Commission: Up to 10% based on enrollments.
  • Complete remote job (flexible work from anywhere).
  • Opportunity to learn sales & business development in an edtech startup.
  • Preference for candidates who can start in the first week of October.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (MBA/BBA or related background preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Previous business development/sales experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in shifts.

Work Timings: Morning & Evening Shifts (flexible within program needs)
Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
