Job Summary:

BIG Socials is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Kochi. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a fast-paced digital marketing agency. The intern will support our sales and marketing efforts, contribute to campaign development, and learn valuable skills in client engagement and market analysis. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to learn about the digital marketing landscape and contribute to the success of our agency and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients.
• Support the creation of compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and follow-up activities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• General Support:
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned to support the overall growth of the agency.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Graduates are also welcome.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malayalam is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
