Intern → Permanent Role | Business / Digital Operations

Role & Responsibilities (Internship Phase)

• Support day-to-day business and digital operations
• Assist sales, marketing, and client coordination teams
• Work on live projects with real business impact
• Learn client handling, digital workflows, and operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates or final-year students
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Prior experience is not mandatory. Commitment and intent matter most.

Compensation (Internship Period)

• AED 800 – 1,500 per month
• Duration: First 3 months
• Compensation will be revised upon successful completion of the internship, based on performance and role confirmation

Conversion to Permanent Role
