Role Overview

We are looking for a modern Sales Intern to support our agency’s sales function by combining outreach execution, creative communication, workflow documentation, and relationship-building.

You will work closely with the Sales Associate and founders to support lead generation and early-stage sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

→ Support multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, communities, and relevant platforms) to engage potential clients

→ Assist the Sales Associate with lead research, qualification, follow-ups, and call scheduling → Draft personalised and creative outreach messages aligned with agency services and client needs

→ Use AI tools to support prospect research, messaging, follow-ups, and productivity
→ Document sales workflows, outreach templates, and best practices for repeatability and scale
→ Support networking-led outreach, including researching events, communities, webinars, and virtual/physical meetups relevant to agency services
→ Assist in pre- and post-event follow-ups with potential prospects
→ Maintain outreach trackers, CRM updates, and task ownership
→ Collaborate with the Sales & Growth team to test new outreach ideas and messaging approaches

→ Strong written and verbal communication skills
→ Good interpersonal skills and professional presence
→ Ability to think creatively while maintaining clarity and structure
→ Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, and workflow support
→ Organised, proactive, and open to feedback
