Sales Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Intern to support our sales and leasing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in property consulting, client handling, lead generation, and market research within Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and qualifying leads through portals, social media, and referrals
• Support property consultants in client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Help prepare property listings, presentations, and marketing materials
• Maintain and update CRM systems with client and property data
• Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams for smooth transactions
• Attend training sessions and learn about real estate laws and processes in Dubai

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
