Sales Intern

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Interns to join our growing real estate team. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who are interested in developing their sales, communication, and negotiation skills within the real estate industry.

As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with clients, understanding market trends, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to closing. You will work closely with experienced consultants and receive practical exposure to the fast-paced world of real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing and following up with potential clients.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs and investment goals.
• Present available properties and project information to prospective buyers.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, property viewings, and client appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using company systems.
• Support the team in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and industry developments.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and sales performance.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate from any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, or real estate.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools is a plus.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
