Job Summary

Hausfit Technical Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our business development and sales activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, CRM management, and sales operations within the technical services, maintenance, fit-out, and renovation industry.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through online research, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Assist the sales team in contacting prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication with leads.
• Prepare sales reports, lead tracking sheets, and market research data.
• Support proposal preparation, quotations, and client presentations.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
