Who Can Apply?

B.E. / B.Tech graduates from Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics streams

MBA / PGDM students with interest in Sales & Marketing

Passionate about technology, automation, and customer interaction

Program Highlights1. Structured Learning

Product Training: Motors, drives, PLC, HMI, Robots, and automation solutions

Sales Skills: Communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer handling

Industry Exposure: Understanding MSME and manufacturing customer needs

2. Field Experience

Shadow senior sales engineers on client visits

Handle demo requests, technical queries, and lead generation

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings

3. Independent Projects

Work on real sales targets and mini-projects

Evaluate performance in lead generation, customer interaction, and solution selling

Mentorship & Evaluation

Each intern paired with a sales mentor

Monthly progress review on technical knowledge, communication, and customer handling

Final assessment to determine full-time conversion
