We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing property sales. You will represent our brand with professionalism and integrity, helping clients find properties that best fit their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide property details, and arrange site visits.
  • Present, promote, and sell residential/commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate deals and finalize property sales in line with company policies and targets.
  • Stay up to date with property market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
  • Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and other sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial projects preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused, with a professional and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-site client meetings.

Compensation:

  • Competitive fixed salary + Attractive Incentives/Commission (based on sales performance)
  • Conveyance / Travel Allowance as per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
