Internship Responsibilities
- Research and list potential clients in Delhi (retail stores, malls, brands, product companies).
- Make basic cold calls and help generate leads.
- Support the sales team in creating simple proposals and presentations.
- Join client meetings, take notes and follow up.
- Coordinate with the operations team for activation planning (venue, timing, logistics).
- Maintain basic data sheets: leads, calls made, follow-ups, meeting status.
- Help prepare simple post-activation reports (footfall, samples given, feedback).
- Learn about market trends, competitor activities, and new activation ideas.
- Assist with general admin tasks like documentation and scheduling.
Learning Outcomes for Interns
- How BTL sales and on-ground brand activations work.
- How to find clients and talk to them confidently.
- How to prepare proposals and pitch ideas.
- Coordination with sales, operations, and creative teams.
- Live exposure to events, promotions, and activation campaigns.
Build contacts with brands and industry professionals.
Candidate Requirements
- Students or fresh graduates (MBA, Marketing, Mass Comm or any field).
- Good communication: Hindi + English (Delhi local candidates preferred)
- Eager to learn sales and marketing.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with field visits and a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to make phone calls.
