Location: Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi - 110020(On-site)

Duration: 3–6 Months (based on learning & performance)

Internship Responsibilities

  • Research and list potential clients in Delhi (retail stores, malls, brands, product companies).
  • Make basic cold calls and help generate leads.
  • Support the sales team in creating simple proposals and presentations.
  • Join client meetings, take notes and follow up.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for activation planning (venue, timing, logistics).
  • Maintain basic data sheets: leads, calls made, follow-ups, meeting status.
  • Help prepare simple post-activation reports (footfall, samples given, feedback).
  • Learn about market trends, competitor activities, and new activation ideas.
  • Assist with general admin tasks like documentation and scheduling.

  • How BTL sales and on-ground brand activations work.
  • How to find clients and talk to them confidently.
  • How to prepare proposals and pitch ideas.
  • Coordination with sales, operations, and creative teams.
  • Live exposure to events, promotions, and activation campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

  • Students or fresh graduates (MBA, Marketing, Mass Comm or any field).
  • Good communication: Hindi + English (Delhi local candidates preferred)
  • Eager to learn sales and marketing.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with field visits and a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to make phone calls.
