Sales Lady

Job Title: Sales Lady – Flower Kiosk

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Lady to join our flower kiosk team. She will be responsible for assisting customers, arranging flowers, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the kiosk is clean, attractive, and well-stocked at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting flowers, bouquets, and arrangements.
• Provide product knowledge and suggestions based on customer needs (e.g., occasions, budgets, preferences).
• Arrange and maintain fresh flower displays to ensure an appealing presentation.
• Prepare simple bouquets and floral arrangements as per customer requests.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or requirements to the supervisor/manager.
• Promote offers, discounts, and seasonal collections to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic complaints or issues.
• Ensure flowers are watered, trimmed, and kept fresh daily.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (flower shop/kiosk experience is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of flowers and floral arrangements preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Spouse visa preferred
