Sales Lady/Cashier

Job Title: Sales Lady
Location: AL AIN and Dubai
Department: Retail Operations / Sales
Reports To: Store Manager / Shop Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our retail team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent store presentation standards. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle billing, cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of merchandise.
• Arrange shelves, counters, racks, and product displays.
• Refill stock and monitor stock availability.
• Check product quality, pricing tags, and expiry dates where applicable.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Support stock taking and inventory control activities.
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
• Follow company grooming, attendance, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with store management on daily sales reports and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, boutique, mall, or showroom preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
