My ADU is a local and family business that utilizes over 30 years of building experience to design and develop quality custom homes with a variety of amenities and floor layouts in Vancouver and Clark County, WA. Over the past few years we have built a division of our business that focuses exclusively on Accessory Dwelling Units or "ADUs”. Position Summary

We are looking for an action-oriented and driven Sales Lead to help grow our Business. This person’s role is to prospect, qualify and convert leads into signed contracts that achieve the Company’s goals. My ADU will provide leads to follow-up on, but in order to be successful in the role, the job will require someone to look for additional sales opportunities as well.

This position receives a base salary + commission with expected income to be around $100K if meeting company goals.

Responsibilities

· Promptly respond to all leads: website inquiries, phone, email, text, voicemails, etc.

· Qualify leads and acquire critical sales information from new leads such as: pain, urgency, budget, motivation, etc.

· Schedule site visits for qualified leads

· Consistently follow up with potential leads, with multiple connections throughout the process

· Generate quote & schedule presentation meeting with potential client

· Close contracts and hand-off to Project Management

· Coordinate with our Lender to walk potential clients through financing

· Maintain good records & notes within the CRM and be able to produce reports

· Keep the team updated on sales activity and progress in Weekly Team Meetings

· Assist in hosting events with client interactions, such as, Open Houses, Home & Garden Show, ADU Discovery Workshops, etc.

· Network outside the office for additional sales opportunities (attend events, meetings, conferences, open houses, etc.)

· Drive the entire Sales process with potential clients through closing

Qualifications

● 3+ years of Sales experience

● Experience in Real Estate, Mortgage or Construction industries preferred

● Ability to consistently document notes in a CRM

● Professional written and verbal communication; confident on the phone, via email and in-person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
